Q. What material are the stencils made from? A. We make all our stencils from tough food grade plastic. They should, with care, last 1000's of times
Q. Do you do metal ones? A. No - but metal is not the ideal material. Our material allows you to accurately position the image over the cappuccino because the plastic is slightly translucent, allowing you to see the rim of the cup beneath the stencil.Metal is expensive and the image would be off centre more often than not.
*Q. What is the turnaround on bespoke stencils? Normally about 2-3 days after approval of the artwork. Allow a couple of days for us to convert your artwork into a stencil, but remember that the better and simpler the image the easier it is for us to convert. See our artwork guide.
Q. What is the minimum order for bespoke stencils? A. One stencil. However subsequent ones of the same design are cheaper and carriage is the same if you order one or ten.
Q. What is the carriage charge? A. For UK addresses the carriage charge is £2.95+vat for stencils only, and £4.95+vat if other accessories are ordered. International carriage is normally around £9.95
Q. Can I set up an account with you? A. We only dispatch goods from our warehouse once we have confirmed payment. The fastest way to do this is either by BACS, paypal or over the phone by card payment.
